I just found THIS in a posting by one Ben Bradlee in rec.scuba:

I posed the question as to whether anyone on the list reads the Skin
Diver mag or know the significance of the "Diver Alert Edition" vs
the regular edition, without hearing a reply.

NOW all you UW photogs and dirty Old Bastards <G> on this list will
have to go out and buy a copy of this May 2001 issue to read the
Cover picture if nothing else.  :-)  The same pic is in both editions.
