I vote private.

I also whole-heartedly submit a vote of confidence for Chuck's listserve
efforts and steady hand at the helm.  I think he's done a great job of
maintaining things here in Jeff's absence.  Thank you, Chuck, for
unselfishly picking up the slack.  You're a gentleman, a friend, and an
old fart grandfather.  :-)
