G'Day, Giovanni! I don't mean for this to be contentious, but a lot of folk
don't have access to - or want - a treadmill! That being the case, there -
presumably - are some round of exercises that divers should perform within
the given time-frame in order to meet the 'beat-the-bends' requirement? :-)
And does it depend on their previous ability to perform the stated
exercises? Or do they really need to extend themselves beyond the norm in
order to realise the benefits? :-)
(I can, for example, do 'exercises' today that - ten years ago - I couldn't!
But I don't know that I'm necessarily 'stretching' my limits - or whether
that's an important component of the exercise regimen? :-)
