My IAND card was originally just, "Nitrox Diver" with the emphasis on the
two flavours of nitrox favoured by NOAA of Nitrox1 (32%) and Nitrox II (36%)

When they became IANTD they introduced the "EANx Diver" and the "Advanced
EANx Diver".

ANDI went down a different route completely; registered the name "SafeAir",
and offered the "Limited SafeAir User" Course, (NOAA1 and NOAAII mixes),
which they subsequently dropped in favour of the "Complete SafeAir User"
course, using mixes up to 50%. (They also favoured the term, "Oxygen
Enriched Air" while still recognising that 'Enriched Air Nitrox' was the
most popularly used term to describe nitrogen/oxygen mixtures containing
oxygen percentages between 22% and 50%)

Granted, the term, "SafeAir" is a bit on the cringe-making side, but their
Instructor materials really were first rate. :-)
