G'Day, Dennis! Shame on me, <bwg>, but I'm not familiar with PDIC. But
from what you say, it doesn't sound too dissimilar from SSI, (in that the
Instructor can, if s/he feels comfortable in doing so, 'overteach' providing
minimum standards are adhered to.) What's its policy on rigid adherence to
set programmes as far as teaching's concerned?

(I don't suppose that 220 yard swim with one fin includes wearing a 5 mm
wetsuit and no weightbelt, does it?) :-)))
