The average tourist sites are in pretty bad shape, both because of polution
and over diving by those that cater to tourists. Some of the best reefs in
the area, however, are still in pretty good shape. For the most part,
they're far enough from shore to mitigate some of the impact of
overdevelpment and under infrastructure.
