Seen it several times now and it concerns me too.  I also know what
commercial lines can do
and how far afield the outriggers can get.  I have seen less than 100 feet
of separation between a trolling fishing boat and bubbles on the surface and
that is scary indeed.  I have gotten very cautious about being over the wall
especially if I hear engines.  Starting to duck under overhangs when I do.
