Good point. I was just throwing out the article as
discussion bait anyway, as I'm not likely to be on a
Mike Ball dive boat anytime in the foreseeable future!

Here's another link, this time about Peter Hughes not
refunding Wave Dancer customers. (Note the story is
dated mid October.) It's not clear if these are
customers who were booked on tht boat following the
Richmond club or what. It's inconceivable that PHD
would not refund trips for which the boat was not
available, but who knows....? Peter still claims to be
in total shock over being sued, but that's another
