That's a safe recommendation that'll get an overwhelming support.

I've eaten there several times and remain unimpressed, especially
when you have to take a cab or rent a car to go out to Avenida 75.
But then, I like Mexican food (cuisine?) about as much as I like
eating rotten beans smothered in mud.  :-)

OTOH, I can recommend to your friend with some authority and certainty
NOT to try the so-called "Chinese restaurant" (across the street from
the Prima), if it's still in business.  :-))
