Hey Wayne,
Is this the 'new' house you were building a couple of years back?  North of Nanaimo right?  I'm planning on diving Hornby Island in a couple of months, maybe we can try to hook up again.
I like the looks of your van, tent trailer set-up. So far I'm booked to do at 3 camp & dives in the next few months, tent camping.
