My faithful Maers Quattro's were reaching their end so I have decided to
try something (relatively) new - split fins. According to reviews I read
and heard about different kind of those, I decided to go for the Scubapro
twin jets. I gave them a try during a weekend of diving and I am now the
proud owner of a pair :-) . Since then I gave my pair some more tests and
I am in love :-) .

I must admit they perform better than I expected. I tried them with
different kicking styles, under water, against a current, during surface
swims, doing free dives, and they proved to be comfortable and easy kicking
in all situations. The main surprise was that while the kicking is a lot
easier, I didn't notice any decrease in propulsion. I tested them with
time and distance, and I tested them with regular buddies. They are
perfect for me. My Mares Quattor's will stay in the bag as backup fins.

Regards,
