Nothing ABOVE has changed, nor the bounce of email to RFLING.  :-)

I learned just now that the network personnel who handle the USERIDs
at Clemson (cancellation and restoration) were at a technical meeting
in Charlotte, NC.  It'll be a trivial task to restore my USERID, and
it'll be done as soon as they return today from Charlotte.
