Same thing happened to my wife (Cynthia) during todays dive at Shelly; her
shoulder kept dumping. Not normally a problem, but she had problems staying
afloat, so had to jettison her weight to keep afloat. I have to look at ways
of disabling the pull dump, as it has been a problem before, although it was
suppose to have been fixed at the last service.
