We call it "The House of Flesh"  :-)  ...actually there are two of them
within five minutes of our house: Texas de Brazil and Fogo de Chao are
both churrascarias.  A swarm of churrascararos continuously bring huge
slabs for fresh fire roasted meat on giant skewers directly to you table
for carving.  You can do serious damage to yourself there!  Of course, I
just do the salad bar.  :-)
