CHANGED Schedule for email downtime (was Monday Dec. 19)

The UTC campus email system will be shutdown Tuesday Dec. 20 at 5pm
for urgent maintenance. The email system should be available
again Wednesday morning, Dec. 21, by 8am. This shutdown will only
affect email services at UTC.

Please close or exit your email client before 5pm Tuesday Dec. 20
to help avoid problems with email. Please do not try to check
email until after 8am Wednesday Dec. 21.

During the shutdown, the emails incoming to campus will be saved
and delivered Wednesday morning. Also, during the shutdown, you
will not be able to send emails from campus.

By the way, the ITD recommends that you exit all programs and
you shutdown your PC when you are not using it.
