The Housing Office would like to take this opportunity to share some
important information about Housing Applications for Fall 2005.

* The Housing Office is currently accepting applications online for
Fall 2005/Spring 2006/Summer 2006.  Please apply by visiting our
website at
www.utc.edu/housing.

* Returning residents that wish to renew another room should do so by
February 28.

*   Once you have been assigned a room, you will have 10 calendar days
to pay a $225 reservation fee.  Failure to pay this fee will result in
the loss of your room assignment.

In addition to implementing a new housing application process, we have
a new policy that applies to current UTC Place Residents.  Beginning
this
year UTC Place residents will have to pay $225 Reservation fee, which
is a pre-payment towards your Fall 2005 Rent.  Also, look out for new
payment plans for UTC Place beginning Fall 2005 as well.

office that will help walk you through the process.
