Dear Students,
One year has passed since we assumed responsibility for managing the
Records/Registration Office. During this time, we developed a
strategic plan of action and worked it steadily with all staff
members working as a team. Major accomplishments include relocating
and redesigning the office, eliminating waste in money and labor,
spear-heading the campaign to use the UTC email address as the
official means of communication, changing the processes for petitions
and diplomas, and working with the IT staff to deliver grades online.
We trust that you have experienced courteous and timely customer
service this year and improved communication.
As we plan for the next year, we need to do a reality check. Please
