Student systems down at UTC

UTC's Student System (ASIS) has been down since Monday
morning due to a hardware problem. This means the Student
Information pages on MocsNet will not work and online
registration is unavailable.

The hardware has been fixed and we anticipate the system
becoming available later this (Tuesday) afternoon.
