A major UTC computer system will be down Friday (March 26) evening
from 5pm until approx. midnight for hardware replacement. All
services provided by the HP 3000 (phoenix, hp3000.admin, etc.) will
be down during this time.
The down services include all of the "My Student Information" pages
(My Grades, My RAP, My Schedule, My Holds, etc.) on OneNet, the
"enroll" online class registration system, the web class schedule (on
the UTC home page and elsewhere), Reflection, ASIS, WebASIS, HPDesk,
HOLDS, the data interface with Banner, and others. This affects key
information
systems used by many offices including Records and Registration,
Loans (Bursar), Admissions, Orientation, Parking, Continuing
Education, Cadek, Adult Services, Test Scoring (Computer Center),
Telecommunications, and others.
We expect the system and the above computing services to be back in
normal operation on Sat. morning.
