Students:
The Records and Registration Office is pleased to provide self-service
access to enrollment verifications though the National Student
Clearinghouse (NSC).
Beginning February 1, 2005, the Records Office will no longer handle
enrollment verifications. All enrollment verifications will be handled
through the NSC. It will no longer be necessary for you to make a trip
to the Records Office to drop off or pick up an enrollment
verification. You’ll be able to get this information 24/7/365 from any
computer with internet access.
You can access the NSC Self-Service Website through your OneNet
account. Just log-on to your OneNet account and look for the link on
the left-hand side of the screen under Student Information. Click on
the “My Enrollment Verification” link and follow the directions.
If you would like to review the step-by-step instructions…go to
<http://www.utc.edu/records-registration>www.utc.edu/records-
registration. Scroll down to the “Education Verification” heading and
click on the “Enrollment Verification” link.
Some of the information available to you at the NSC Student
Self-Service Website includes:
· Print a Clearinghouse Proof of Enrollment that can be mailed
by you to a health insurer, housing provider, or other organization
needing proof of enrollment.
· View the electronic notifications and deferment forms that
have been sent to your lenders.
· View a list of your lenders and real-time loan information
detail…such as outstanding principal balance, payment due dates, etc.
· View your enrollment information submitted by UTC. You will
also be able to find out when UTC is scheduled to send in their next
enrollment update transmission.
