Dear Students,
Beginning Monday, December, UTC will post your semester grades online
through your access on Onenet (see MyGrades). The OneNet system has
security protocols set up in it and only you can access it with your
password. If you have forwarded your UTC account to another mail
server, the security could be compromised. OneNet is a web based
portal system that is available through any computer connected to the
Internet. If you do not have Internet access at home, you can use a
computer on campus or at any location that has Internet access.
This is the first time that this wonderful service has been possible,
and it will follow the guidelines that we used for paper grades.
This means that, if you have monetary holds, you will not have access
to your grades. It also means that only students who began their
classes prior to 1979 will continue to receive their grades by mail.
In the meantime, please do not call your faculty for your grades.
UTC is pleased that the Records/Registration staff and the
Information Technology staff have made this technology possible this
semester, and we hope that you like it, too.
Best wishes for the holidays! Deborah Arfken
P.S. The Records Office has begun the process of posting Fall 2003
grades. During the posting process RAP Sheets will not be available.
We anticipate grades being available for students by Monday, December
15. Hope you had a great semester. If you're graduating...
Congratulations... if not, we'll see you in the spring! Happy
Holidays!
