Shortly after the 11-14-01 announcement and since, I've a friend that
jokes if HP gave IBM MPE, would I like IBM? (knowing my long-standing
dislike of IBM). Since and still I respond maybe IBM would treat their
customers better than HP. Regarding the comment of the IBM technical
person cited below, I'd love to participate in a "proof of concept"
project. HP has stated they will allow licensing for MPE to run on an
emulator, and testing will have to be done on said emulator(s)....
