According to the HP3000 NewsWire the issue between the BOD and Perdue is:

"Matt Perdue, the board member voted off the board in November due to his failure to issue an authorized payment..."

Now, what Perdue's beef is with the OpenMPE board, I do not know.  However, if the county where the lawsuit is filed has a web site for the clerk of courts, you should be able to see what the main purpose of the suit is, although detail may be withheld or not free.  I believe San Antonio is in Bexar County.  Google should be able to do the rest.
