Hi all,

I have read with interest some of the "thread" re MPE and
opensource.....has anyone put together a serious proposal that includes
perhaps money etc that would influence positively HP management re MPE
and possibly IMAGE as viable opensource projects...it won't do if it's
someone inside...nope, it's not going to be me...because of my former
role as the internet marketing manager in CSY and I'm also not the
right person anyway... a customer(s) or/and partner(s)...I know this is
a difficult, daunting task but that's ok...my small community on the
California coast just "beat out" Goliath...we bought from Corporate
America and Corporate Europe(with a large bond) our local water
infrastructure and for the first time in many years re have local
control over a part of our survival "water"...they said it couldn't be
done and due to hard work and the major support of the community (yes,
the paying of the bond back will show up in my property taxes..that's
not the point) we did it... using the 22.9 percent below might get
their attention....forgive me if this has already been done but if
not...go get em.

Thanks,

Peggy
