does not necessarily mean you're an OpenMPE member.  Be sure to double
check your membership.

OpenMPE is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to keeping
the MPE operating system alive and well.  Membership is open to anyone,
if you're not an OpenMPE member join OpenMPE and help to keep the MPE
operating system running and supported.

Membership is free and it only takes a few moments to complete the
application form (http://openmpe.org/Membership.htm).

One also needs membership to vote.
