In a prior post to the list, I stated that RTE users cannot get a
known-good copy of RTE from HP.

That is too simple of a statement to tell the whole truth, because the
Rev.6.2 release of RTE-6 was submitted to the Interex RTE CSL.  The
licensing agreement which grants permission to use the software is
also on the CSL.

RTE-A is not yet on the CSL, but is expected.

Sorry for the misinformation.
