I in NO WAY believe that a cert. is required for this
requirement and have in now way suggested or listed
it.

I STRONGLY believe that 99% of the HP3k resources
available don't have to be MPE certified to perform
MANY of the few remaining projects across the country
on a platform that has no future.

It doesn't take a cert. to signify a qualified
developer or knowledgeable IT professional. It just
plain doesn't.

If you have these skills, you are not dis-qualified if
you are not certified on an O.S. heading for
obsolecene.

By the way, I have had 10 responses saying they echo
my comments and 1 - YES 1 3 year person in Europe who
"ASKED" about the cert.
