Since those 3rd party pieces are FOS, CSY would need to completely
certify the OS with full regression tests, etc. if we were to
remove or replace them. In addition, we would also need to document
all of the changes that could impact a user, admin, or ISV based on
external and internal changes.
The Streams code we use is, AFAIK, fully integrated/mixed in
with HP MPE networking code.
