Hello Friends:

[X-posted from 3000-L]

Alan Yeo, who led the effort to organize the 2003 World Wide Wake at
the end of HP's sales of the 3000, as well as the HP 3000 Community
Networking Lounge at HP World in 2004, wants to know if you'd attend
a 3000-only event for a few days in 2006. "If we get sufficient
positive response, then we will organise something more sophisticated
to find out specifically what people would like, he says. "And then
see if there is sufficient real hard interest to make kick-starting
something like this worthwhile."

Have a look at our blog for today at <http://3000newswire.com/blog>.
Yeo's Nov. 9 entry summarizes the reasons that a physical,
face-to-face meeting makes sense, and it asks for your responses yea
or nay. Comment to the blog, or here, to be heard!
