I'd love to know how you do with this search, Jim. (Or anybody else, for that matter.)

I've got copies of the original suit filed Nov. 23 in Bexar Country's 407th District and the OpenMPE response, so I'm using those to write a story about the matter. It will appear in our February issue (print) and then on the Web (a print-exclusive), so expect to see it about 9 days from now.

No hurry: There's a suit and a counter-motion to dismiss. The suit does not get specific about damages, and it's filed pro se. There's a hearing coming up on the counter-motion, which if it succeeds, will make the suit disappear.
