That is the official HP position.  Note that 9x7 and older boxes are not
likely to have HP support "...within the past 12 months".  According to this
logic I would suspect that 50%+ of such older systems will NOT qualify as a
legitimate licensed system for a transfer according to these HP
rules/policies.
