When the RTAC (Real-Time Advisory Council) worked with HP we were
under similar rules. We had formal non-disclosure agreements which
constrained some of our activities, but overall it wasn't a problem.
At the end of the process we felt that much had been gained from the
time and effort that we invested in the process.
