It is a new license if you have both the original PA-RISC
system and the new emulator running a copy of MPE. HP is
considering allowing an overlap period for license transfers,
so that you could run the emulator and a PA-RISC MPE system
in parallel for some period of time before you turned in the
HP 3000 box. This would be under an MPE license transfer
agreement. We don't have details worked out on this yet, but
we do expect that most people will want an overlap period.
