        In the MPE Forum meeting at the recently past HPWorld conference a motion
was made and resolved to "officially" recognize OpenMPE, similar to the
Interex Special Interest Groups (SIG).  At the most recent OpenMPE Board of
Director's meeting we selected Ken Sletten to play this role for us.  Ken is
already the Image-SIG Chair and was recognized at HPWorld as one of this
years HP e3000 Contributor award recipients.
