agenda:
1.  thank-you letter.  reminded attendees to send their thank-you comments
to donna to add to the letter.
2.  invent3k.  donna to compose email to vendors currently listed on mpe
broker page asking them if they want to donate a comparable system to
openmpe.  draft email to go to board 1st.  what we want needs to be well
defined -- especially for sustainability.  we may want to re-invite the tool
vendors to place their code on the system.  invent3k is currently a 979-400,
unlimited user license, with ~12Gb in the system volume and ~35Gb in a user
volume.
3.  openmpe domain.  we need to continue working on getting domain ownership
transferred to openmpe.
4.  next meeting.  may 8th.
