Seems to me that you made comments in an earlier post deriding the
surveys made by OpenMPE as stealth marketing on HP's part instead of
a sincere attempt by OpenMPE to find out what the community wants. I
guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on the means and
perception of that communication.

I can do that. The sounds might be quite soothing. :-)
Nevertheless, this is a form of representative government. You don't
vote on each and every thing passed by Congress - you elect people
you think will support your issues. The same applies here. And I do
realize that we will not have unanimous agreement and support. So be
it.
