So where do we go from hereDear OpenMPE community, (and thanks for the prompting Joe - we were all pretty busy & I just got to this list - Happy New Year all)

Stand by ... the regular scheduled announcements will be after the next Board meeting most probably by Friday ... if you haven't seen the minutes lately please see the OpenMPE.org website at http://www.openmpe.org/cgi-bin/minute_archive.cgi ... the Board is still working with HP and making some progress.

We will undoubtly be looking for volunteers for the Board so we can continue to have a cross section represented. We will be posting information on how to apply on the website in the next week or so.

Thanks,

Birket Foster

Subject: So where do we go from here

Since Jon and Ken have made respective announcements we have not seen a
  single e-mail

What do we need to do as a community today. I do not want us to just let HP
  do nothing.
Is there going to be any announcements for replacements?

Lets keep the pressure on HP with something.... This is a new year and we
  need
to keep the ball rolling in the correct direction.
