In a country where they still have capital punishment, a man from Iran,
a man from India and a man from America were up for execution.

First they strapped the Iranian in the chair. Then they threw the big
switch. Nothing happened. "Ah", said the executioner "When that happens,
you live by the will of Allah. You are free to go".

The Indian and the American looked on intently as the very relieved
Iranian was helped away

Next, they strapped the Indian in the chair. Again, they threw the big
switch. Again nothing happened. "Ah", said the executioner "When that
happens, you live by the will of Vishnu. You are free to go".

The American looked on intently as the very relieved Indian was helped
away.

Finally, they strapped the American in the chair, and prepared to throw
the big switch. "Hang on", said the American "I was watching when you
tried with those two other guys - and I think I know what you're doing
wrong".
