Exactly what are the short and long term objectives of OPENMPE?

Short term, I would like to see OPENMPE seek and receive the immediate
approval from HP to market a program to set the HPUSERLIMIT system variable.
A value of -1 is unlimited, but some may have third party software that will
require upgrades, so they may want to set the value to more than what they
have but less than unlimited.

This would be a very simple program that could run as part of SYSTART. The
generated funds would allow OPENMPE to get a economic SYSSTART.(pun
intended) I am specifically not advocating any *offline diagnostic* for this
purpose as it is not required, and I believe would complicate the
discussions for this simple request.
