Many of you have reported of problems with some of our website functions.
The host of our website have locked our scripting directory.  Our host has
reported that our site has created a large amount of spam.  They have
received many complaints about our site.  OpenMPE and our website host are
working together to resolve these issues.

In the meantime, I ask that you be patient with us.  As develops occur, I'll
report them to you.
