I'm startled, Bob, that you can know so much about my organisation, and what
we do and don't have in place.

Vendor? You think we deal with only *one* software vendor? I wish..... (for a
clue, re-read my previous posting)

But for the record, your unwarranted assumption that we do not have a DR plan
is faulty [1].

In fact, our DR plan worked perfectly, and was what enabled us to continue
offering an only infinitesimally reduced service to the users until we got the
faulty processor replaced. Our mistake was to try to come off the DR plan at
this point.....

[1] NB A number of other sentences were considered and rejected before that
one was chosen :-)
