And I've always said that I believed that statement with the same vigor that
I did that Saddam Hussein had stadia full of biochemical weapons, ready to be
launched at the United States on intercontinental missiles that he had
developed, at a moment's notice.

Neither statement even begins to pass minimum logical muster.
