The final results of the first QuickPoll have been published on
the web site (actually they've been there for a while) and I'm curious
about a couple of things from them.
First, 68.75% of the people that responded have not attended any
of the "live" OpenMPE functions in the last year. Can some of you that
fall into this category (even if you didn't have an entry in the poll)
please elaborate on why? Was it content, timing, costs, location, or
something else? To that end, I would also encourage everybody to take
the current QuickPoll. The second half is specific on the topic of
"live" functions.
Second, the approval rating of OpenMPE was reasonable, but it
should be better. What is it you feel the OpenMPE organization and
community should be doing? To that end, I would (again) encourage
everybody to take the current QuickPoll. The first half is specific on
the topic of OpenMPE focus.
Thanx,
