Please find the agenda attached.  Also, please note that roughly one hour,
up front, has been set aside for HP to review their current thinking and
plans for post-2003 and post-2006 announcements.  Because of this the
meeting has been extended by 30 minutes.  It is highly likely that we, the
board, will have action items to deal with after the invited guests from HP
have departed the meeting.

        Also, please note that Mike P. decided to provide us with a PowerPoint file
instead of the "cleansed" spreadsheet.  He expects to have that file to me
later this afternoon / evening and I will forward it as soon as I get it.  I
know it doesn't give much time for review prior to the meeting, but your
best effort is appreciated.
