But that still doesn't negate the need for non-HP folks to be able to
change their System ID string to activate additional processors as well as
other needs which I suspect exist but I am not aware of.
I suppose that the politically correct thing to want is software that
allows pretty well anything to be changed with the exception of converting
an hp9000 into an hp3000 which HP seems determined to keep from happening.
