The OpenMPE Board of Directors regretfully accepted Bill Lancaster's
resignation during today's meeting.  The Board was disappointed that
they never really got the opportunity to work with Bill.  Bill is a
well-known MPE advocate and the Board was anticipating his
contributions towards OpenMPE's work.

The Board would like to publically thank Bill for his willingness to be
part of OpenMPE.
