Ok,

How many vendors have licensed code in MPE?

What code is covered by each license?

Is HP planning to manage the licenses, please say no, or is a 3rd party
going to handle this?

I am sorry, but this feels a bit like walking up to a used car dealer and
telling him up front how much you money you have to spend. Generally not the
best idea.
