So it could be construed as inappropriate for a board member to know who you
voted for?

My question is this ... Are we talking about the vote COUNT?
I don't think that releasing the actual voting ... Meaning who I voted
for, is not appropriate as public knowledge.
Personally, I believe the matter of who I voted for should only be known
to me. Even anyone involved in the election process should not know
WHO I voted for, but should only know that my vote was a valid vote and
I only cast the proper number of votes.
But a release of the vote count would seem to be appropriate.
