In a couple of hours (defined by a vote of the Board as close of
business 5PM Pacific Time, 1AM GMT) call for candidates will end and
voting will begin.

At that time the candidates page (below) will have a link to the Ballot
on the same line where now it says: 

"Voting is not yet open.  This is a candidate view only."

Will change to:

"Click Here to Cast Your Vote"
