After doing some checking, the last request I received for MPE training a
few weeks ago was from IBM India. They never answered my proposal. So,
Janet, rest assured the outsourcing will not get your former company any
qualified MPE people.

A few years ago, I heard that HP India couldn't get any of their employees
to work on MPE projects because they thought it was an obsolete environment.
